1. Production, Delays & Shipping
Made-to-Order: These items take time to create. Please check the specific product page for production timelines.
Production Delays: Stated production timelines are based on normal operating conditions. Custom-made orders may occasionally face delays due to material supply shortages or machine malfunctions. FORFUN does not offer financial compensation, discounts, or interest for delays caused by these situations.
In-Stock Items: These ship within 3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Free Shipping: Orders over $299 USD ship free to select eligible countries.
Delivery Methods: We use Thailand Post, Lineman, or Courier Services. Alternatively, you can pick up your order at our Bangkok Showroom located on Sammie Alley.
2. Cancellations & Refunds
The 24-Hour Rule: Cancel within 24 hours of purchase for a full (100%) refund.
Late Cancellations: If you cancel after 24 hours, we will deduct up to 20% from your refund to cover bank and credit card fees.
Made-to-Order Refunds: If we have already started making your custom item, we will deduct at least 20% (and up to 50%) based on how much work has already been completed.
Currency & Exchange Rates: Refunds are processed in Thai Baht (THB). We are not responsible for any money lost due to changes in currency exchange rates or conversion fees charged by your bank.
Refund Timeline: Once a refund is confirmed, the money will be returned via the original payment method used. Please allow 15–30 business days for the transaction to be processed and appear in your account.
3. International Orders (Customs & Taxes)
Extra Costs: You are responsible for all import taxes, customs duties, and local storage fees in your country.
Customs Issues: Once the package leaves Thailand, we are not responsible for shipping delays or items seized by your country's customs office.
4. Payment Rules
Holding Period: After you order, your items are reserved for 3 days. If you do not pay within that time, the system will automatically cancel the order.
Transfer Errors: Ensure you send money to the correct FORFUN account. If you send it to the wrong person, your order will remain "unpaid" until you fix the issue.
Fraud: Any attempt to fake a payment or provide false transaction receipts is considered a crime. We will take immediate legal action to protect our shop.
5. Shipping Accuracy
Correct Address: Please double-check your shipping info. If you provide a wrong address and someone else signs for the package, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.
Delivery Disputes: If your shipping address was correct but someone else claimed the package (due to theft or courier error), we will help you track it, but we are not responsible for replacing the item.
Returns & Exchanges
1. Returns
We do not accept returns for any items. This applies to both in-stock products and custom-made (made-to-order) products. All sales are final.
2. Exchanges
Custom-Made Products: We cannot exchange any products that were made to order.
In-Stock Products: You may exchange in-stock items one time for a different size only, under the following conditions:
Time Limit: You must request the exchange within 5 days of the delivery date.
Condition: The item must be in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Same Style: The exchange must be for the exact same product model and color.
Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs and any related customs fees for both the return and the new shipment.

Product Warranty & Repair
FORFUN products are handcrafted with care. To be eligible for warranty support, products must have been purchased directly from our store, and you must provide your original invoice or the full customer name used for the order.
1. General Coverage
Defective Parts: If your item has a manufacturing defect, such as a broken zipper, ripped lining, or seam defect, we will repair or replace the item.
Clothes & Accessories: These items do not have a formal warranty. However, if they are damaged, please contact us. We can discuss if a repair is possible and provide you with instructions.
2. Repair Terms & Costs
Notification of Costs: If a repair is required, we will notify you of the total cost after we have inspected the product.
Shipping & Taxes: The customer is responsible for all costs related to the repair process, including return shipping fees, import taxes, customs duties, and any other destination charges.
3. Limitations & Disputes
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, or improper use of the product.
5-Day Deadline: Damaged products must be reported and returned within 5 days of the date you received them. We cannot offer refunds, repairs, or replacements after this 5-day period.
Final Decision: FORFUN reserves the right of final decision in the case of any dispute.
