Q : HOW TO ORDER?

Q : CAN THE PAYMENT BE MADE RIGHT AFTER RECEIVE NOTIFICATION EMAIL OF CONFIRMING ORDER CREATED?

A : After you received an email confirming that order has been created with order number. Products in your order will be reserved. You can make a payment within 3 days after receiving order number. After 3 days if the payment has not been made the system will automatically cancel the order. The product will be reserve to the next customer immediately. If products are out of stock you may have to wait for the next queue.


Q : IF THE PAYMENT HAS NOT BEEN MADE WITHIN 3 DAYS, CAN I RE-ORDER?

A : Yes, if the products still available and there is no customer on the waiting list.


Q : HOW TO INFORM AFTER THE PAYMENT HAS BEEN MADE?

A : After the payment has been made you can easily inform us on Confirm Payment section in our website Confirm Payment

Q : AFTER CONFIRMING PAYMENT, WHEN THE PRODUCTS WILL BE SENT?

A : Normally, products will be sent out 1-3 days after the payment confirmation has been received. Confirm your payment within 5 pm. of the day, the products will send on the next day (Payment Confirmation Deadlines is 5pm. of the day). After the products has been sent your order status will change to Complete, tracking number will be send directly to your email or you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number, 1 day after your payment has been confirmed Click Here

Q : HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT? WANT TO GET IT FASTER!

A : If you want the product fast, we recommend you to make a payment and submit the confirmation form before 17.00 pm of the day. Every order in Thailand will be sent by EMS service, which takes 1-2 days delivery excluding Sunday, holidays. The product will be sent every day except Saturday, Sunday and public holidays.


Q : HOW CAN I CHECK MY PRODUCT’S DELIVERY STATUS?

A: You will receive tracking number through email if not you can contact our Customer Advisor for tracking number directly. After received Tracking no. you can check delivery status on Thailand post website: www.track.thailandpost.co.th , DHL www.dhl.com or DHL Ecommerece https://webtrack.dhlglobalmail.com/


Q : I HAVE BEEN WAIT FOR MORE THAN 5 DAYS, THE PRODUCT ISN’T ARRIVED YET?

A : Customer can check the delivery status by tracking no. on courier website, if you find that your product is at the origin or terminal post office longer than usual, you can contact the terminal post office directly or contact our Customer Advisor Click Here

Q : WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS LOST DURING THE DELIVERY?

A : In this case, we don’t have ever seen before due to every time there will be number of parcel post that can be followed clearly. But in the case, that parcel post is lost during the way without notice of signature for receiving. We will dispatch goods to the customer again according to the condition of purchasing order and returning of goods.


Q : IF I ORDER, HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT I WILL GET THE PRODUCTS ?

A : FORFUN provide an extremely carefully check every products before packing and ship to customer to ensure that the products contain high quality and correctly (except force majeure including the damage caused from the delivery, such as staff. PO throwing boxes or placed under the multiple layer), If customers are truly not satisfying with the product quality or any reasons, customers can return or exchange the product for free under the return and exchange conditions and policy that we have listed in Return and Exchange section.


Q : CAN I BE A DISTRIBUTOR OR GET A WHOLESALE PRICE IF I BUY A LOT OF PRODUCTS FOR SELLING?

A : We have no policy about distributor yet but you can sent the information of your business through our email: info@forfun.store and we do not have wholesale price either.


Q : CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS?

A : Unfortunately, sale items purchased cannot be returned or refunded. It does not cover in a warranty of repairing product.


Q : CAN WE RESERVE THE PRODUCT WHEN IT RUN OUT OF STOCK?

A : Sorry, we have no policy in reserving the product for the equality of every customers.


Q : HOW WILL I KNOW IF THERE IS A NEW ARRIVAL ITEM IN STORE?

A : When there is a new product, we will update on Facebook page. Please "Like" our Facebook page to receive updates on your newsfeed.
