How do I order?
The easiest way is through our website: www.forfun.store. If you need help, message our Customer Advisors on LINE (@forfunbangkok), Email, Facebook, Instagram, or X (Twitter).
How do I order a custom-made design?
If you want a unique or custom design, please send your inquiry and design details directly to: info@forfun.store.
When do I need to pay?
Once you place an order, your items are reserved for 3 days. If payment isn't made by then, the system will automatically cancel your order.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Credit Cards, PayPal, and Bank Transfers. Installment plans are only available for in-person purchases at our Bangkok store.
Order Updates
How will I get updates on my order?
After you place an order, we will automatically provide an update with a tracking number as soon as your package ships.
Can I check the status of my order?
If you need an update before your order ships, please contact us by email info@forfun.store only. We will reply to your status inquiry within 2–5 business days.
What happens if my custom order is delayed?
Our stated production times are based on normal situations. However, custom-made orders can sometimes be delayed due to supply shortages or machine errors. We do not offer any discounts, interest, or financial compensation for delays caused by these situations.
Shipping & Delivery
When will my order ship?
In-Stock Items: Usually 3–5 business days after payment.
Made-to-Order: Check the product details for production times.
Fastest Way: Confirm payment before 5:00 PM to ship the next business day (excludes weekends/holidays).
How do I track my package?
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track it on Thailand Post or DHL.
What if my package is lost?
If a package is confirmed lost by the courier (and was not signed for), we will send a replacement.
Size, Measurements & Colors
How do I find my size?
We provide size charts for all products on their respective pages. For Made-to-Measure items, we provide a specific form and instructions.
What if I make a mistake with my measurements?
If your measurements change after ordering or if there were errors in the measurements you provided, we cannot offer an exchange or replacement.
How do I update my size?
If you need to update your size, please let us know by email at info@forfun.store as soon as possible. We can only make changes if production has not started yet. If you are unsure about how to measure, please contact us—we are glad to help!
Will the color look exactly like the photo?
We display all available colors on our website and try our best to make the photos look as close to the real product as possible. However, please keep in mind that different screens and displays can cause colors to look slightly different in person.
Warranty & Repairs
Do products have a warranty?
Clothes and accessories do not have a formal warranty. However, if your item is damaged, contact info@forfun.store to see if a repair is possible.
Who pays for repair costs?
If a repair is agreed upon, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs, import taxes, and duties involved in the process.
Returns & Exchanges
Can I return an item?
We do not accept returns. All sales are final.
Can I exchange an item?
Custom/Made-to-Order: No exchanges.
In-Stock Items: You may exchange once for a different size only within 5 days of delivery. The item must be in original condition. The customer pays all shipping and customs fees.
How are refunds handled?
Refunds take 15–30 business days and are issued in Thai Baht (THB). We are not responsible for currency exchange rate differences or bank fees.
